"The band, Extended, is a leaderless trio of three distinct personalities featuring Oscar Rossignoli, Matt Booth, and Brad Webb.  The strength of the relationships between these three comes to the forefront in a live performance comprised exclusively by original compositions by each member and special guest Brad Walker.  With two records out and another on the way, Extended has achieved something that is both comfortable and exciting, familiar and challenging, and all with love and respect for the music, the compositions, and each other.

It’s of no surprise then, that this new live release The Sidebar Sessions - Vol. 1: Extended Trio vs Brad Walker recorded at SideBar in New Orleans, LA in March of 2020 brings in saxophonist, composer, and bandleader Brad Walker whose relationship with each member of Extended goes back years. Brad's contributions fit perfectly within the ethos of Extended: compositions, a unique personality, and a deep love and respect for the musicians those he shares it with.  It is, quite simply, just more…and who couldn’t use more love and more respect.
